Edit/Delete Users

Learn how to edit and delete Users in your Portal

If for any reason you need to delete a User from your Loyalsnap Portal, you can easily do so through the User Accounts Page!

 
  1. Click on your User Icon in the top right corner of your Portal
  1. Click on XXX in the drop down menu
      2. Notion image

Edit User

  1. Click the Pencil Icon next to the User you would like to edit
      2. Notion image

  1. Edit the Name or Permissions of the selected User to your preference
 

Delete User

  1. Click the Trash Icon next to the User you would like to delete
      2. Notion image

  1. Click Delete to remove the User from your Portal
      2. Notion image
