With so many online accounts today, it can be easy for any User to forget their password! Loyalsnap makes it easy to assist in password recovery for all Users through the User Accounts page in the Portal!
- Click on your User Icon in the top right corner of your Portal
- Click on XXX in the drop down menu
- Click the Refresh icon on the User’s account you would like to reset the password for
- Click Reset to send the Password Reset email to the User
- An email will now be sent to the Users email address prompting them with a link to reset their password
