There are a few different ways to delete old Templates to help organize your Automations and Email Blasts with new and updated content!
Delete Templates via Selection
- Navigate to the Automations or Email Blasts Tab and toggle to Templates
- Select the template(s) you are looking to delete
- Click the Trash icon under the Template Search
- Click Delete to delete the selected Templates
Delete Templates via Drop Down
- Navigate to the Automations or Email Blasts Tab and toggle to Templates
- To the right of the template you want to delete, click the drop down arrow
- Click Delete
- Click Delete to delete the selected Templates
Important: Any deleted templates will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Please double check the name of the template you’d like to delete before permanently removing it from your Portal.
