When you request new Automations, or during your initial account setup, the Loyalsnap team will create placeholder names for your Automations. However you have the option adjust the name to fit into your particular naming conventions! We encourage you to rename your Automations to make them consistent with your studio’s branding!
- Click on the Automation you would like to rename
- In the Automation Name field, enter the new name for your Automation
- Click Save
Note: Changing the name of the Automation will not change the trigger of the Automation. For example, let’s say you have an Automation called “Trial expires in 2 days” and is set up to send 2 days before the trial expiry. If you rename the Automation to “Trial expires in 5 days” it does not change the trigger value to 5 and will continue to send 2 days before the expiration
